Teamwork is one of the major components of the I Can Help You! culture at Stearns! So, it’s only fitting that our Employee Spotlight program includes a special Team Player Award.
We are pleased to introduce one of our winners of the Team Player Award: meet Operations Manager Natalie Cooke,
who works at our Regional Operations Center in Orange County, California.
Natalie has been with the company for 10 years. As an Operations Manager she oversees a group of loan processors, underwriters, loan closing specialists and other operations experts who work closely with Mortgage Loan Originators to ensure borrowers have an excellent experience when they choose Stearns.
Going the Extra Mile
What does being a team player mean to Natalie? She says, “My definition of a team player is an individual that demonstrates Stearns' core values and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure utmost service levels.”
This goes hand-in-hand with the I Can Help You!
attitude, which means “putting forth your greatest efforts to provide exceptional service levels.” In fact, the entire team at Natalie’s Operations Center has “can do” spirit, which is one of the things that makes her happiest to come to work.
